Ingredients
Scale
½ cup olive oil
3 tb balsamic vinegar
1.5 tb rustic dijon mustard
2 tsp honey
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper or to taste
1/8 tsp salt or to taste
Instructions
- combine all ingredients
- wisk until incorporated
- add more salt and/or pepper to taste
- drizzle on top of your favorite salad
